We are seeking HHA, CNA or PCA for WEEKENDS ONLY to become a part of our team in Greater Boston area. You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health status
  • Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
  • Flexible days and times available
  • Must have transportation and a MA Driver's License with a good driving record

Qualifications:

Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields

1-2 years of home-care experience a plus

Commitment to cover weekend hours a must

Positive and patient demeanor

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to handle physical workload

Senior Living at Prouty in Spencer, MA is seeking a part time Occupancy Specialist for our beautiful HUD subsidized elderly development.Primary duties include

  • Assist site staff in the front-line implementation of and compliance with federal, state and local rules and regulations
  • Manage waiting list of prospective tenants
  • Handle rental inquiries
  • Lease apartments
    • Complete initial and annual certifications and enforce lease terms and House Rules
  • The ideal candidate will foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities and associated agencies. They will work patiently, professionally and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service and preserve and respects resident and applicant confidentiality. Individual must have excellent organizational skills, accounting skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Must have the ability to access and use federal and state agency internet sites in order to review and accurately interpret regulatory notices, agency handbook changes and memoranda. A proficiency in setting up and maintaining regulatory files would be desirable. Prior experience with Boston Post, HUD Housing or tax credits is a plus.
